How big would a sweep be in this opening series? The Cards really have no right to expect to compete with age setting in and their injuries. The Brewers have every right to expect to compete, but if the Reds rock them back on their heels right now it could have a lasting effect. The Reds are in position to set a tone for the season if they can close the deal with Milwaukee in this series. I would throw every arm available and leverage every matchup in the next two games to try and steal these ballgames. A sweep right now could carry through half a season, if not longer.

Of course we can as fans, but we just gotta hope Dusty and Walt don't follow the same up and down roller coaster mentality that most of us fans do.
