    -Phillips (groin) expected to return Sunday.

    -Leake starts today because he flopped spots with Volquez, who is dealing with a stiff neck. Volquez is scheduled to go Sunday.

    -Rolen with scheduled day off.

    I thought Cairo should have had that...he may not have been out, but Cairo should have caught that ball. Just one of those little things that a regular almost always does better than someone who plays the position sporadically.

    The drop-off from Phillips to any other 2B in the system is cavernous. Many think the money would be better spent elsewhere, but I hope the Reds extend Phillips for about 3 more seasons.
