    Hermida grounds out to 1st.

Hanny pops out on the 1st pitch to end the inning. 2-0 Arizona after 2 full. Hanny is really struggling right now.

Looks like May 4th. And Homer isn't coming back anytime soon, IMO. The latest from Hal doesn't sound great.
This is the time. The real Reds organization is back.

Not on the 40 man IIRC. So somebody'd have to be DL'd (at least that's how I think it would work). Volquez?

Volquez has to be part of the solution. Isn't DRH still on the 40?

Had not seen that on Homer. Thanks for that depressing bit of info haha.

EVERYBODY SAYS it is nothing to worry about, but Homer Bailey’s third rehab start, scheduled for Friday, has been pushed back two or three days, maybe Sunday in Columbus.

“There is a little soreness (in his shoulder), nothing big and nothing to worry about,” he said. “It feels a little fatigued and an extra couple of days will help.”

Said Baker, “He hasn’t had any setbacks going from 30 to 60 pitches. He just said he is feeling a little fatigued. You want to prevent any setbacks. Sometimes a day or two can make all the difference in the world. To not have any setbacks and give him a couple of extra days is worth it.

“We know we need Homer and we know we need Johnny Cueto,” Baker added. “We need ‘em both. But you can’t rush them and have something happen and you don’t have them for a length of time. We have to let their normal course of healing take over.”

Cueto was scheduled for his third rehab start tomorrow (Thursday), “And knock on wood, we hope we don’t have any setbacks there.”

And of Bailey, Baker added, “He doesn’t seemed too concerned. He seems to know his body pretty well for a young person.”

The Reds already have some guys who have problems throwing strikes.

Who are you talking about? Dontrell? Thus far he's throwing the ball fantastically with L'ville. Few BB's too.

Nice inning from Arroyo. Would be nice to see a few hits all in the same inning. Starting to forget what it looks like when the Reds do that.

Pads now up 3-0 on Cubs in game 2 (4th inning)
Astros up 3-0 on Mets (3rd)
Pirates down 4-0 to the Marlins in the 4th
