I only use it for Call of Duty online, and occasionally a sports game....but I wanted to download the new map packets, but I can't log in to the store to add a new credit card because they have my old one...and now I can't change my pw because I don't remember what mine is as it's saved on the sign-in screen. Pain in the neck.

They can do a reset of the password and it normally takes about 3 days. Hope that helps.
