The band and music was great. Worst crowd I've ever had the misfortune of being in. People were pushy, obnoxious, talking during the show, fall down drunk and fighting (yes, multiple physical fights broke out, including one right next to us). It seems many people had a similar experience reading the reviews on The Avett Bros. message board.
I'd love to see them play again live, but won't do general admission again. It was worse than my worst expectations.
