Not from me. I flat out LOVE what Renteria brings to this club as a pinch hitter. And while Paul certainly did fail in that last AB, he didn't in his previous ones the past few games. Great win for the good guys.

That sure was a flashback to some wins we stole last year.

My twins also thank the Reds for an 11th birthday present.

Finish the longest month in MLB history with a winning month.

Time for the house of Cards to come crashing down.

In all seriousness, I am slowly climbing aboard the Janish train. Not that I ever thought Edgar is better, but I thought Edgar should get a bit more playing time.

But Paul...you can't be afraid to swing the bat on that 3-1 pitch. It was right there. You could have been the hero.

I agree that Janish should get the majority of the playing time, but Renteria needs to play more and be used to spell Janish. Great ending to a game that I had given up on in the 7th inning.

And I think that is the position a majority hold to too.

But lets not forget Paul's awesome defense during this game. The dude can pick it!

I had the privilege joining my Grandsons Knothole team walk around the field on the warning track before the game. It was cool.
