    Volquez= great stuff+lack of focus

    You can teach a pitcher how to throw, but you can't teach him how to stay focused. Sometimes I think he's out there just throwing the ball. No rhyme or reason just throwing. If it's a strike so be it, if it's a ball so be it. He doesn't look like he's engaged or passionate about the game of baseball.

    I'm not saying Carlos Zambrano is better, but show a care in the world for once while you're pitching Volquez.

    I know it's not an anger issue, but maybe EV needs some time with a counselor, learn some things to keep him focused.
