Dayton trails West Michigan 4-0 in the 4th.

Dragon's starter Daniel Renken gave up all 4 runs in the 1st. Only 2 are earned. Errors on Yorman and Sierra.

Todd seems to be coming around nicely lately.

Has Negron ever played in the OF before? Or CF more specifically?

Yes to both. He has started 20-25 games in center in his career.

Bats up 3-0 in the 7th

Maoleny is 3-3 with a double

Cozart is still hot at 2-3 with a double. Avg up to .261

edit: make it 5-0 on a Frazier 2-run HR

The power has been there for Frazier, but the other hits just haven't been happening so far.

How often has Alonso been in LF? Is that just because Sapp is on the DL?
Games are won on run differential -- scoring more than your opponent. Runs are runs, scored or prevented they all count the same. Worry about scoring more and allowing fewer, not which positions contribute to which side of the equation or how "consistent" you are at your current level of performance.
