Sadly, he can still get a "quality" start, which begs how quality a quality start really is.
Even the swings and misses he gets are out of the strike zone.

Personally, I think an interesting stat for Volquez would be how many pitches per game hit where the glove is set up at.

With an off day tomorrow i'd pull Volquez now and let LeCure go 3-4 innings. At least 3 runs is possible against Wandy. Any more than that and they should let Volquez throw 180 pitches, which sadly may not enable him to throw a complete game.
That 5th walk now gives him 4 out of 8 starts in which hes walked at least 5 batters.
