    Don't understand Lewis taking the lefty part of the apparent platoon. He is not very good against lefties if I remember right. I know Heisey has bad MLB numbers vs. lefties, but in the minors many people thought he would be a platoon guy against lefties (his number were a little better against lefties than right).

    no question facing Halladay requires your team to play at it's best, but this team has that ability, they just have to do it.

    that's why if smart and depending how the 3rd basemen is playing, if Stubbs was smart he should look at laying down a bunt to start the game off and get on and break the ice...

    Stubbs needs to be looking to bunt for a hit at every single possible moment, especially when leading off the game

    I figure if Stubbs would look to that option a bit more his avg would raise by about 20-30 points and he would slice about 25% of his k number.
