    I might have had a stroke.

    From John Fay:

    20TH PLAN: Baker’s plan for the 20th was to play LeCure in the outfield, Chris Heisey at second, have Paul Janish pithed (sic) and Brandon Phillips play shortstop. LeCure would have played right against right-handers and left against left handers, alternating with Jay Bruce.

    Baker alternated with Fernando Valenzuela in a 21-inning game when he was with the Dodgers.

    “I was going to pull a page from the past,” Baker said.

    That's nothing! I heard if it went into the 21st inning he was going to have his son play catcher and bench Votto for himself.
