It should be Heisey in CF and Lewis in LF. Stubbs could use a day off and Gomes should never see the playing field again...

    It's a mystery why he's not in the 2-hole.

Lewis is a natural at leadoff. Decent OBP, excellent speed. That's where he's hit his entire career.

Stubbs, OTOH, has stated that he's more comfortable hitting lower in the lineup.

Just Baker being his usual, cluelessly stubborn self.

Rolen and Gomes both take Lowe deep. Phillips pays attention for once. Reds have themselves a winning streak going.

    For a change, we do.

I just hope our newfound testicular fortitude continues...despite, ourselves.

    I'm pullin' for Jonny tonight.

But why the hell is my local Fox affiliate (WDRB, Louisville) showing me the pregame for Phillies/Mets? That's not good...

Oh, there it is. The picture's tiny, but at least they switched to the right game.

anyone see Patterson win the game for Toronto today? Dusty probably called to congratulate him.

Steal (16) for Stubbs. Should allow Lowe to pitch around Joey.
