    FWIW, Thom again just said Phillips started the hostility with the Cards last year with his rhetoric....Thom has also said in the past that Phillips started the brawl with the extra tapping....

    Meanwhile Volquez is still pitching in the 7th at Louisville. @85 pitches. He's struck out 5, given up 1 run, walked 2, hit a batter, and had 1 wild pitch. Typical Volquie...AAA hitters get themselves out a lot.
