Maybe Dusty worked a bit of magic. They said that Dusty was working with Gomes in the cage quite a bit. Maybe hearing a different voice got things to click. *crosses fingers*

It's really bad. I'm not sure how much more WJ will be able to handle from this duo.

Whiff and then a single from the pitcher. 1 on, 1 down.

Okay. He k'd. He was 2 for 3 yesterday and the previous 2 games he knocked in runs. Baby steps, but he's been more productive than quite a few others I could point to the past few days. It just seems that some people (not you...just in general) are simply waiting for an opportunity to POUNCE.

If Janish can keep playing the defense he has so far, there's no need to replace him. Jainsh is not the reason why this team is on a big losing steak.

That said, I do thnk Walt will try to upgrade SS, but not out of necessity.

At least last inning they got Janish's bat out of the way so Wood can lead off

LOL. Yep. It just cracks me up though. Right up there with the Gomes picture where he's wearing the sombrero. :O)

If you don't think having a SS who is OPSing .500 is a problem, well, I don't know what to say.
