OK. Middle of the order up. Time for more runs.

Fer sure. Trouble is, none of that 8th inning was unnecessary. If Bray throws strikes after Masset's performance, all is well. Ah, but that's baseball.

Absolutely. It just would be nice to see this staff string a couple of games together with some low scores given up.

You're going to blame Bray when one guy gave up 3 hits to the worst hitters in baseball and the other guy gave up a grand slam?

    Whaaaaaaaaaaaa?

Just stating the obvious. Man it doesn't get much to rile you up, does it. I get it...everything is beautiful in it's own way.

True, but I'd still rather have my starter who is cruising in there over pitchers who aren't good enough to be starters in the first place. If he was getting hit or at 110 pitches it would be different.

Even if he gets Either out, Ondrusek comes in to get Kemp. It would only be 7-6, but Bray walking Either was not the worse thing that happened that inning by a long shot.

Bruce grounds out to 2nd. 7-7 after 8.

Yeah because that's my attitude when it comes to the Reds lol.

But you're pointing the finger at the wrong guy for that inning.

Sure. What I tried to say was that Bray failed at his job which was to get one out and couldn't even throw strikes. And the run he allowed to reach tied the game. That's all.

He walked a guy on a 3-2 pitch, it happens.
