The mishandling of Aroldis Chapman

With a lack of control Chapman's most obvious issue, why hasn't the team mandated that he turn down the heat a bit?

So yeah, the morons that would come to see a 105-mph fastball two feet outside the strike zone may not be as happy, but IMO the team is really screwing up here.

Besides, with his lack of control it's just a matter of time before he kills somebody up there. Make him back off the heat. Enforce it. Work on the slider and change. He'll never be a pitcher otherwise. He'll just remain a very expensive curiosity, a circus freak.

And make him pay for the tat removal.
