    Chad Reineke resigns with Reds

The Reds re-signed right-hander Chad Reineke after the pitcher elected free agency in October. Reineke had a 3.84 ERA in 25 games (22 starts) with Triple-A Louisville in 2011.
    Twins didn't get them all.

Interesting, it's going to be a clogged Triple-A rotation. Reinke, Carroll, Hynick, McCulloch, Wood, Chapman, Villarreal and possibly Clayton Tanner vying for spots.

I think pitching is a weakness for the Bats. Reineke and Wood are the only two players who have proven they can pitch at AAA, Chapman will not be in the minors.

Agreed. Wood probably won't be down there either. Reineke will probably help the bats, but the only other guy in that rotation that is the least bit interesting is Clayton Tanner. I hope the Reds pick-up an up and coming AAA pitcher in whatever dealings they have this offseason.
All my posts are my opinion - just like yours are. If I forget to state it and you're too dense to see the obvious, look here!

Don't count on it. If Chapman can't make the transition smoothly or loses too much velocity, we'll probably be seeing him in AAA before long.

Reineke and Wood should be well above average in AAA. I also wouldn't be too hard on Carroll, as he's had a great minor league career up until last year. He's a 3rd rounder drafted in 2007, with decent stuff and clear results up until the beginning of last year. Clayton Tanner might be alright as well. Villarreal is likely to spend more time in AA, and the others don't look particularly appealing. A signing might be in order if Chapman stays in the majors.
