    But I thought (choose one):

    a) Orlando Cabrera
    b) Jerry Hairston, Jr.
    c) Jeff Keppinger
    d) Rich Aurilia
    e) all of the above

    was the worst ever!

I actually thought Kepp did a decent job there. He had no range, but made the plays he could get to.

He should never START there...but as a fill in...he holds his own.

Bruce/Votto neck and neck MVP race (neither takes it)
    Bailey CYA winner

OC no, Keppinger no, Hairston was close, Aurilia in that random year we had when we got desperate and played him over Royce Clayton might be worse.

6 IP, 2 R, it could be worse. His baserunning blunder may cost him the W.

For the last half inning Valentine was enjoying making fun of how Votto holds runners on first, with a slight mention that Pujols (winner of multiple gold gloves) holds runners on the same way. If I recall, I believe that Joey actually learned that from Pujols.

2/2 in QS since coming off the DL, which is apparently the end all be all stats for pitchers according to redszone.

No need to be so defensive of EV. It will be interesting to see what he does vs a legit team.
