I'm kinda having the same feelings as Joey Votto right now...

We might be seeing some reasons he may not sign a LTC in Cinti.

Word. I bet he doesn't have that reaction on the Volquez pickoff if he believed it would be addressed by the coaching staff.

He certainly swung the momentum their way on two bonehead plays.

Say what you will, but there's a great example of why some like to split lefties and why you can't treat LOOGYs like any old LHP. Lopez just beat up Votto and Bruce and took their lunch money.

Get Kemp and then the Reds will have someone worth putting in between them.

I simply hate to give games away by not knowing the basics of the game. You could predict a lot of stuff that happened tonight based on prior play. And why Dusty continues to use Orodondo in high leverage situations knowing his control is horrible is mind boggling. Oh well, still over .500, but too many games like this that should have been wins.

We are all frustrated. The Reds are throwing away games they should be winning. I don't get the point of baiting posts though.

    The Dodgers are certainly beatable.
This is the time. The real Reds organization is back.

Gotta use somebody. This bullpen is a real mess. Maybe Walt should give Dusty a couple of arms to work with. Besides LF, he really neglected this area of the team in the offseason which is one that can normally be sewn up at a relatively low cost. I'm glad he's at the game tonight to witness.

There's no baiting. I honestly think Volquez taking the Reds out of that inning was the turning point in the game.

Reds won by eight runs yesterday. The pen was not used. It was rested. Could have used virtually anyone tonight. Bad decision to use Arrendondo.

Agreed. Managerial brain fart. Twice he's used Arrendondo and twice we've lost. You'd think he'd learn, but I guess you can't teach an old dog anything or so it seems.

I supported Dusty when everyone else wanted to tar and feather him, but this season he just makes wrong move after wrong move in pitching situations. He should have used his usual rotation, but in the gack of his mind, I know he was saving them for LA, never thinking that he had to win this one first. Now, he's lost this one unless there's a miracle and he still has to use those pitchers because he wants to use his new toy that has proven to everyone that he can't throw strikes excpet in certain situations.

    Blah!

    Bill Hall fail.
Hes sitting on the bench with that crap in his mouth and tries to spit only to have the spit go on his jersey.
