Way, way, way too much dead weight on this active roster.
Rounding third and heading for home...

Gomes has good numbers against Rivera. Albeit in limited ABs. But I am sure Dusty factored that in when he sent up E6.

I think Renteria would have been my 4th option off the bench to pinch hit...and yes I'm serious about wanting Gomes more.

Look I hate Dusty, but the dude has last year's WS MVP and he uses him, hard to argue that.

I wouldn't have PH Renteria there either, but that isn't even what upset me. Janish being on the team for his glove dropping an easy catch that led to a gift run...Wood piping in thigh high fast balls for an entire inning...our batters swinging at first pitches all night...

Just frustrating. It's like we don't get into the grind until it's the 8th or 9th and we're behind.

At least the team showed some heart. The first eight innings was a snooze-a-thon.

Yep 2 BBs the last 4 games isn't going to cut it. We have no patience at the plate. I counted at least 5 times where we swung at balls ahead in the count 2-0. Hell even in the first inning Votto goes up hacking at two balls out of the zone and GIDP. Just don't get it. Like the announces said Nova doesn't have strikeout stuff so there's no need to be so anxious. This isn't Lincecum, Gallardo, etc. where you want to jump on the first pitch.
