Don't give me the "that was a great game" crap, Piccoro

    THAT SUCKED

Reds lose is never a great game, whether it be the 6th game of the WS, or a regular season game.

His cheery disposition didn't set well with me either.
This is the time. The real Reds organization is back.

A little homerism now and then, man. Its a great game if one of those teams isn't yours, but essentially losing on a fluke bloop hit? And how many of those type of close losses this year?

No we go with the "swing early against good pitchers and make outs faster" philosophy instead.

You read my mail. It was a pitching duel that we lost thanks to two bad managerial moves. Yes, it sucked.

Inconsistent pitching, lack of timely hitting, inconsistent offense, etc. You know, the little things

I'm with you on that. I can't ever look back on any loss and think, "whew, what a great game." They all suck. Every last one.

Bray was the better choice, he handled Damon extremely well.

Well, there has to be one poster who only looks at the result and makes his choice based entirely on that.

We should have pinch hit for every batter who made an out too.

Buy your reasonaing, shouldn't Cueto have been taken out after he retired the first batter in the 8th?

That has nothing to do with tonight. Good pitching, timely hitting, scratched out some runs against a great pitcher.

    Still lost.

Immediately I see it as the wrong move. Not a terrible move though. I prefer Cueto on the bump over anyone. I would have let him close the game out.

I'm not sure I would have been proven right though.
