Gomes on base. Hope Dusty hits for Janish and Bailey when they get up.

And if Dusty is waiting for his .500 club to go on a winning streak because every team eventually does, he should realize that mediocre clubs that go on long winning streaks will eventually go on a long losing streak to balance it out. Has anything this club has done in 2011 led anyone to believe that they can reel off 10 straight then stay at that level?

Never would have thought that OC and Nix would be that much of a loss.

I think the 1984 Reds won 13 out of 14 in middle to late May.....that team was 73-89. This team is like Morse Code... W-L-W-L-W-L.

Did he at least have a good AB and was just unlucky where he hit it?

Quick note white looking at random stats. Fred Lewis has 0 SB and 4 CS this year.

This team is so hard to watch.

Keep waiting on that magical streak to happen Dusty and Walt. Just don't be surprised when this team is 5 games below .500 and it still hasn't happened.

Can someone photoshop Walt as Baghdad Bob?
This is the time. The real Reds organization is back.
