Puhols cleared and activated today. Those who say some kind of drugs weren't involved here is deceiving themselves. Hubby had the same kind of break last summer, and no way could he have been swinging a bat without pain within this amount of time.
And, I apologize for the "Drugs" comment. that was out of line. No drug promotes bone healing that fast. We're actually speculating they did a marrow injection. Which DOES help speed bone healing--know that one first hand since Hubby had *that* one done in 2002 to heal a stubborn femur fracture courtesy of a car wreck.
I just say go ahead Cardinals and Puhols, panic and push back too soon and cause permanent damage. they want to be that stupid, let 'em.

Over/under on Reds K's tonight vs. Garcia and STL staff.... 14.
Tallet on the DL with a right intercostal strain for the Cards. OUCH these things hurt, I strained the intercostal muscle in my back yesterday and it is awful. Glad to have some muscle relaxers and etodolac. Good luck coming back in 15 days from this.

Treatment = steroids. Pujols keeps himself so full of steroids that he actually begins to heal before he even gets hurt. (Cue the 'He's never failed a drug test' soundbite.)Doubtful your hubby is a freak athlete that had the smallest hairline fracture possible and access to the best treatment/rehab/doctors.

Tonight's card is position-for-position exactly what I think of as the ideal 2010 lineup. Let's see a 2010 style performance tonight!
Stubbs doing what Stubbs does.
why is stubbs back in leadoff, it is not like he proved he could hit while he was dropped in the order
The Reds win in 2010
This team is just painful to watch.....
