    FIRE DUSTY!!

Dusty is the problem. He can not manage this young team. He has no fire in his own belly so how can this team get better. Send his toothpick butt out of Cincy. Play the kids and bring in someone who knows how to manage them.

Dusty wasn't the one that assembled this team. You can only do so much with a roster that has as many holes as this one has had all year.

    I blame:

    Manager
    General Manager
    Owner
    Bullpen
    Starters
    Offense
    Marty B.
    Batboy
Scrawny little nerd with the lazy eye that sat across from me at lunch in high school
    Milwaukee's angled centerfield wall
    Global warming

Not really sure how this one is Walt's fault.

    Re: FIRE DUSTY!!

It took an act of Congress to demote our overmatched, error-prone, banjo-hitting SS and finally call up a kid who was tearing it up in AAA. And you want them to fire the manager? Beyond unlikely.

I'd insert my patented "don't start such a kneejerk thread" remark here, but am too tired to come up with something clever.

Dusty can only get credit. If he wins in Cincy, he's the manager of the year. If he loses, it's not HIS team (see Marvin Lewis).

    What an easy gig. Seriously.

Hey, I thought we put our differences aside, Brutus.

He'd have to get in line for that.

Dusty is the reason. He wanted Lewis. He wanted ER and said Janish is the SS. He will not tell Stubbs to bunt. He will not put a LF in there and play them. Has the lineup so messed up it is a complete train wreck.

Enough of the knee jerk, emotional, over the top threads following a tough loss. Tonight's loss was horrible and painful but posts like this don't help one bit. I expect better from this site.
