I'll take the +38 points on OBP plus the stolen bases Stubbs give over Heisey leading off

Gotta get back to taking 2 out of 3 in every series. Treading water time is over. Jake Westbrook is a nice way to start the second half.

You got that right. The worst ERA on the team and he STARTS the 2nd half?

LOL! Carp, Garcia and Lohse have all had 4 or more days of rest and Tony puts this bum in?

You guys biotch about Dusty, but at least the guy is not senile.

Unless he is sacrificing Westbrook versus Cueto and thinks he will win games 2 and 3 of the series.

That would be idiotic, defeatist strategy. Tony has 3 guys that can match up with Cueto.

Tony just awarded the Reds game #1. And the team knows it. Jake knows it. The writers know it. My wooden legged Granny knows it. And worst of all, LaRussa knows it. But this is what the idiot thrives on: if Westbrook pitches a 2 hit shutout the morons on ESPN will regail him, and if West gets bombed in the 2nd, there will be NO mention of the idiocy that is Tony effing La Russa.

    It's a win/win for him!

Heisey steals a HR away from Pujols for the 3rd out, then leads off the Reds' at bats with his own HR!
There are 3 guarantees in life; death, taxes, and the leadoff walk coming around to score.

Nice job Chris now take a seat for the next 3 weeks, Jonny Gomes has to play.
When I see the 2016 Reds, I see a 100 loss team and no direction.
