Gotta win series, need to win next 2 games. So far 1-1 in series after break so no need to freak out yet. If we get swept here then there will be issues.

Unfortunately this season is far from over. This team should be buried about about ten to
fifteen games back if not for this crappy division.Since the Reds lost tonight were due for a win
    tomorrow......this is Baseball Purgatory.

Which says alot about how I feel about winning the pathetic Central. Even getting into the playoffs doesn't excite me simply because I want more and want to go far. I don't see a Reds team that can do much in the playoffs.

I wish this team would quit teasing us, and either turn it on and take control of the Central, or simply fall out of contention so ownership makes some moves for next season. Moves such as releasing veterans and bringing up young guys, or being sellers or buyers (like the Rolen move - looking ahead to next season).

This hanging around at 3 to 5 games out of first is giving me a headache. I want this team to quit riding the fence.

It's far from over. We can get hot, they can all get cold. We are too close still to be talking about how "over" it is. This a good team and I know we all are waiting for them to get hot, and some may feel it's never going to happen. I think it will, and once it does the whole tide can turn. Thankfully, no one wants to pull away in our division...
