Didn't Jacoby win like 5 or 6 batting titles? That MUST be why he's the hitting instructor.
Maybe someone should call Tony Gwynn then..........if all it takes is hitting tiles to get it done. Just saying Clevelend fired their hitting coach when things were going bad, what are the Reds going to do?

Sacrificial Lamb should be Jockety! It is obvious we cannot hit and instead of trying to teach guys to hit ( Jacoby) We should be sending them to the minors and let them hit off the tee till their hands bleed. There are three to four guys in Louisville that are doing everything asked of them and not getting promoted. Hell, I know they see the box scores and see who pitched shutouts against us. Then our pitchers should both of had W's in Willis and Leake.
The entire staff needs to be replaced.
