Klinker gets through two without giving up a run. Two free passes and no Ks to this point after 27 pitches.

Sliding Billy draws a walk. That might be a mistake. Hamilton moves to third on a rope to left. Torreyes moves up to second on the throw to third base. Balk. Dragons up 10-0. Torreyes on third. Dragons' announcer in awe of Hamilton's speed. D'Anna with another single, 5 RBIs on the evening. 11-0.

Peoria's pitcher's last name is Berlin. He stands 6'7". No way his nickname isn't Wall.

First three hitters for Dayton are 8 for 8 with a walk, in the third inning.

At the end of three, Carolina 2-0. Sounds like Klinker isn't fooling anybody but they're hitting them at'em. Hope he can battle deep into this one.

Donald Lutz now 3 for 3 - a double, a triple and a home run. Cycle time?

Jesus, aren't we still in the 3rd inning? Yes please.

A reverse sequential cycle possibility. Homer in the first. Triple in the second. Double in the third. You would figure he has at least two more cracks at the single.

Every time I listen to a Torreyes at-bat all I hear is a solid crack. His third hit of the night is a solid single to right. 12-0 Dragons. Error on the Peoria second baseman loads the bases. Torreyes now 10 for 13 in his last three games.

End of four full, Carolina still up 2-0. Through four Klinker has given up one hit. He managed to survive several early line drives that found the gloves of the outfielders. He seems to be settling in a bit now.

Sounds like one of the Chrises. Denorfia, Dickerson and Heisey all had the same pattern. He's more athletic than Deno and probably not as poweful as Heisey. Dickerson had more OB skills and was a lefty. He's a cross between the 3 which probably puts him on the radar as a useful major league bench player. Hope he keeps improving and becomes more.

Torreyes has 3 hits tonight. One to left, one to center and one to right. He added a walk to balance things out.

Phipps picks up his third hit of the night. This guy is in a zone right now.
