Hey, Dusty busted out the "let's try to sweep" lineup. I like it!

Nice to see Todd get a start. I'm usually a pretty patient person...but even I'm starting to wonder if Yonder will ever get a start.
Chapman to the rotation!!!! Do it already!!!!

I had YA penciled in myself for today. I'm gonna take these pre-deadline ommissions of Alonso with a grain of salt...now if a week from now he isn't getting at least a few starts a week I will be very dissappointed.

Can't say I disagree. I do wonder, though, if the way they have handled Yonder is totally Dusty's call, or if he and Walt are in agreement.
...the 2-2 to Woodsen and here it comes...and it is swung on and missed! And Tom Browning has pitched a perfect game! Twenty-seven outs in a row, and he is being mobbed by his teammates, just to the thirdbase side of the mound.

Zito is scheduled to pitch. I'm thinking that has a lot do with YA on the bench.

I didn't know that. I'll bet that Dusty doesn't either (or doesn't care).

    twin killing, looking good.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

I envy Yonder. He's got a really great seat for the games.
