At this point, I'd probably put him around 10. His issues may be reparable, but they do appear to be significant. It seems the organization has given him plenty of slack so far. I doubt that extends into next season.There is zero chance that Yorman ranks anywhere near "outside of the top 10" for me unless he finds himself in Jail before my rankings come out. Maybe I am crazy, but from a pure tools perspective, no one on that Dragons roster is on the same level as him.
Still, yes, he could explode into a tremendous prospect and be the #1 guy in the organization at this time next year.
