Twas in the mood for some Metallica...

Arise and walk, come through. A world beyond that door is calling out for you. Arise and walk, come through. It's calling out for you.

    Taking over this topic!

My favorite song from MMJ's "The Waterfall".

Kim Deal is Dayton's greatest treasure since Orville Wright.

Since 2013, she's taken to releasing singles out of her Dayton home.

Recent solo song (shot on a car's reverse camera in a grocery store parking lot)

The Breeders - Divine Hammer on 1993 Conan show.

And perhaps the finest female vocals of all time, The Pixies - Gigantic. Fell in love with the voice before ever seeing a photo of her.

Had friend whose band rehearsed next to them back in the 90s, he is a dinosaur when it comes to music and the perplexed him greatly. Cracked me up

I think Coming Home by Leon Bridges has become my favorite album of the year.

Still listening to Yes after all these years. Prog seems to be staging a bit of a minor comeback these days. RIP Chris Squire.
