    Great camera work shows how hard Hernandez takes the deflection off the wrist. Ouch.

    6-3. Dusty's bullpen management needs an overhall.

    When was the last time Masset didn't give up a run?

    Sappelt with a single! Finally a quality at bat. Best ab since being called up.

    Sappelt wasn't billed as a hacker coming from AAA, but he hasn't taken to many pitches. I wonder what changed.

    He thought he had it, wonder if the rain could affect that.

    I am sure a hard rain could make a big difference.

    I'm sure the bat being wet reduces the speed the ball leaves the bat. Same thing as hitting a golf ball when the ball/clubhead are wet, it reduces distance.

    Chapman now comes in. 3 runs down in the ninth and you bring in your hottest reliever...

    Not sure, perhaps he feels he needs to jump on the first hittable pitch he sees for some reason. Whatever the reason, he needs to adjust or else he won't be a contributor for the Reds.

    The team philosophy seems to be drive the first good pitch. For him to do otherwise would be going against the current.

    @LouisvilleBatsLouisville Bats
    In what will likely be his final start with the #Bats before rejoining the #Reds, Maloney's line: 7ip, 7h, 1r, 1bb, 3k, 1hbp
    Via twitter, this seems like premature speculation. Who's place is Maloney going to take? I guess Dontrelle is a possibility depending on the injury but I'd assume Volquez would take his starts.
