Can't test with a urine sample, but can test with a blood sample. The MLBPA would not agree to any testing with a blood draw, but the minor leaguers don't have the clout to refuse.Originally Posted by kaldaniels

More aptly, they simply don't collectively bargain their contracts. It's written in as a standard contract clause the must adhere to. There's been talk of forming a union to negotiate for minor league players, but to this point that's never happened.
