    NFL Patdowns

Give yourself a little extra time to get into NFL stadiums this season:

The NFL wants all fans patted down from the ankles up this season to improve fan safety.

Previously, security guards only patted down fans from the waist up before gaining entry to NFL stadiums. Under the new "enhanced" pat-down procedures, the NFL wants all 32 clubs to search fans from ankles to the knees as well as the waist up.

A fan was able to get a tazer in on 9/11 and used it on another fan.

Those patdowns are useless. More than once I've been able to a take pocket knife in to an arena or stadium after a pat down. I forgot I had it and security didn't find it.

And then you cleaned under your fingernails with it.

    Hooligan.

Seriously, if the NFL were serious about curbing problems at Football games they would offer money to triple DUI and open container enforcement.

Amen. I don't go to NFL games any more. Hanging out with 60K sloshed out their minds drunks isn't my idea of fun.
