Good for Tucker! Hopefully this a great sign for him. Saw him play several times this season down here against the Hot Rods and came away impressed with his ability and how much of a great guy he is too.

Very promising. Barnhart has to be a top 20 prospect for the Reds.

Agreed, lollipop. But I'm not sure if we'll be in the majority. Maybe so, now that he's been officially recognized.

Along those lines (everybody), how many of this year's Dragons might be in your top 20? The candidates (in very rough descending order) would be:

    Hamilton
    Torreyes
    Corcino
    Rodriguez
    Barnhart
    Lutz
    Lotzkar
    Vidal
    J. Smith
    Hayes
    Renken
    Duran
    Clarke
    Howell
    Rogers
    Sierra
    D'Anna
    Wolford

(Tim Crabbe is definitely a candidate for me, but I didn't include him because, unlike Renken, he wasn't there long enough.)

I used to umprire his games at Brownsburg HS.

He did a nice job of protecting me with his glove.

If he makes it to MLB one day he will be the 3rd Brownsburg HS player from the past 7 years or so to do so. Drew Storen (Nationals) and Lance Lynn (Cardinals) are also Brownsburg alumni.

We are the Michael Jordan of organizational catching depth. It's actually unbelievable when you think about it.
