Derek Lowe was absolutely putrid down the stretch.
He was as big of a contributor to the Braves' historic choke job as any.
The Indians will only have to pay Lowe $5 million. If he has any kind of rebound he's a steal.
Agreed. His BABIP last year was over .330. He still keeps the ball in the park, doesn't walk too many and K's enough. He throws tons of grounders and Asdrubel Cabrera will probably be good for him. Kipnis is fairly rangey at 2B and Chisenhall is average at 3B. As a #4 or so starter, I think he'll be OK.Originally Posted by redsfandan

I think the MO on him was he lost his legs around the 5th inning all the time and the ball got up in the zone and got crushed. It happened against the Reds.
