Notice that this guy is alone, and the people around him seem to have no real interest in interacting with him. That said, I laughed pretty hard when I watched this.

People like that annoy me. They go to the game and act stupid, and couldn't name 5 players on the team. They just go and are "fans" for attention.

How did he mock Cardinals fans? I didn't see anyone else in that video pulling down their pants and exposing themselves or acting like a total **** sucker
This isn't indicative of the Reds or any other fan base for that matter. But this guy did take it to a whole other level by pulling his pants and underwear down while in the stands... that is a new low.
