Krivsky's return to Minnesota last week as an assistant to the GM has led to the Twins adding Maloney and now Burton.
The Twins signed right-hander Jared Burton to a minor league contract, reports MLB.com's Rhett Bollinger. Burton, 30, has a 3.41 ERA in 164 appearances with the Reds over the last five seasons, recording 143 strikeouts in 169 Major League innings.

I could see both of them being valuable additions to that Twins staff. They would fit in Gardenhire's system well.
Things are going really well for Jared Burton so far this season.

Games are won on run differential -- scoring more than your opponent. Runs are runs, scored or prevented they all count the same. Worry about scoring more and allowing fewer, not which positions contribute to which side of the equation or how "consistent" you are at your current level of performance.
It looks like hes back to throwing around 92-96 like his 1st couple of seasons with the Reds.
