    I'm not sure that a job in the majors was in his future but this is a tragic end to the dream and it's likely most in this forum are familiar with his name.

    Very sad news. He always struck me as someone who would hang around and be just good enough to be #25 on a roster for years. Sad to see his future snuffed out.
