Reds:
Felix Rodriguez (39) -A Red in '97; in '98 he became one of the original Arizona Diamondbacks.
Chico Ruiz -A favorite of mine, obviously, due to his positive outlook and hi dramatic steal of home in 1964. Also the only major leaguer to pinch hit for Johnny Bench.
Bobby Mattick -A shortstop in the early 1940s who was plagued with double vision and as a result never hit much. He helped the organization much more as a scout, signing Frank Robinson, Vada Pinson and Curt Flood, among others.
Others:
Cliff Floyd (39) -Retired to Florida where he lives with a large extended family including the children of his sister, who passed away.
Gary Roenicke (57) -Now an Oriole scout, he lives in a town called Rough And Ready, California.
Patsy Tebeau -19th-century player. When he managed the Cleveland Spiders in the 1890s, one of the players he managed was his older brother. Potential for some awkwardness there...
