Guys that I wished I had seen play...

Babe Ruth - Who doesn't wish they had seen the Sultan of Swat knock one out of the park?
Ty Cobb - Attitude plus excellence.
Ted Williams - Teddy Baseball. Best. Hitter. Ever.
    Bob Feller - Smmmmokin'.
    Jackie Robinson - Stealin' Home.
    Eddie Gaedel - Just because.
Zero chance the Reds miss the playoffs!

    Lou Gehrig- the iron horse
    Ted Williams- greatest hitter
Bob Gibson- as intimidating on the mound as they come

I left out Bid McPhee. First of all he was a great player. Secondly, I would have liked to have seen them playing without gloves and everything else associated with that era.

Babe Ruth - Because he was Ruth
Satchel Paige - A Negro League star and showman
Roy Campanella - "The Cat" was know for defense AND offense
Jackie Robinson - Every at bat was history
George "Sparky" Anderson - Given the rarity of his playing, a collector's item!

    John Oliver
    Scott Bryant

    We barely knew ya
    Brandon Larsen
    Jeremy Sowers
    Chad Mottola

That's 9 wastes of a first round draft pick I'd have loved to have seen step on a MLB field and contribute to the cause.
