I went with David Vidal, but I have both guys extremely close. I guess my biggest reason for having Vidal ahead is simply because he doesn't throw a baseball for a living.

I went with Sulbaran because I always pick the opposite of dougdirt's choices in these things.

Well at least there is a reason to the madness, right?

Vidal; he has the skill to look like a solution at 3B in the near future, and he's performed as well as one could hope for at his level.

Sulbaran. Two really good pitches and closer to the big leagues. The one place where the Roster will need to turn over soon to keep costs in line is the bullpen and I'm thinking he has a real good chance to at least be a very useful relief pitcher. Still holding out for him becoming a starter though.
All my posts are my opinion - just like yours are. If I forget to state it and you're too dense to see the obvious, look here!

    Vidal

Plays a solid 3B (not that I've seen too many of his games-- ten or twelve at most)

Has power (a nearly 500 slugging percentage)

Decent patience (a 350 obp with a 70 point swing between BA and obp)

Finally, he's age appropriate and in a league that doesn't distort numbers. (Actually, he's in a league that supresses power.)

He has a chance to be a better than average major leaguer with solid skills across the board.

Vidal. Hard to get excited about a pitcher who's best season is a 4.60 ERA

David Vidal simply because he can play everyday.

I voted for Sulbaran because it seems that he might be starting to manage his stuff and competitiveness, but this (above) is a pretty compelling argument.
