Would you rather sign Cespedes and a Ludwick/Fukodome and go into the season with Janish and Frazier as our back ups or sign an OF and INF?

I pretty much agree except on Pierre, Jackson, Harris, and Fukudome
Pierre had a great season last year escpeacily on the basepaths.
Jackson has played for Boston, Oakland, and Arizona, he can play the corners and 1B
Harris is a Jerry Harriston Jr. type player who can play basicly anywhere but 1B, C, and P
Fukudome would be a great compliment to heisey on his days off or the days anyone in the oufleild get off, and he has amazing plate discipline which maybe he could teach to stubbs
Cepedes i'm questioning just due to the money.

I get this deep feeling Ryan Ludwick will end up being our LF.

We don't need a LF. We don't need more backup OFs. We have our starting 3 and we have the likes of Francisco and Frazier already here. It wouldn't be a terrible thing to bring in a couple of guys on minor league deals to try to win a backup spot, but spending real money on a backup OF is a luxury the Reds cannot afford.
What if this is as good as it gets?

I Hope the Reds Sign Cepedes, that guy could hit 4th and play Left Field... We're talking 30/30 and a Batting Title Contender...

We were suprised with Chapman, let's hope Walt goes ALL IN on Cepedes...

You also forgot Johnny Damon which is my 2nd choice behind Cepedes...

I bet we get Ludwick, for better or worse. I'm pretty discouraged by the way he ended the season.
