    Interview with Karolyn Rose

A Pete Rose junkie since I was four years old in 1963, I still love to read anything about Charlie Hustle.

    Great article!

She looks an awful lot like Marge.

She was a friend of a friend, and I got to spend a tiny bit of time around her back in the '70s. She was a blast...

    Apparently acts like her too:

“How are you going to dress up a 70-year-old woman, hon?” she said, then laughs.
That article was a fun ride down memory lane and was a nice "where are they now" .

I'm not the least bit surprised. This is exactly how I'd picture her turning out

Thanks for posting that. She does look a lot like Marge. I had wondered what happened to their oldest child, Fawn. I had always thought I was the same age as her but I'm a year older. My dad told me he went to a game at Crosley in which the Reds gave Pete a baby buggy as a present for his first born. So that must have been in the 1964 season. It's hard to believe those guys from the BRM are all now approaching 70. Making me feel awfully old.
