He was a top-30-in-baseball prospect twice. You can't even say that about Andrew Brackman, but we still gave him a spot on the list. He's only one year older, and we've picked prospects older than that before.

It has been less than 4.5 years, but I get your point. To be fair, if the Reds had signed Yu Darvish, he would've been added to the polls. We're simply going by the qualifications required by MLB to be Rookie of the Year, and Joel Guzman still qualifies.
