Checked out this new site www.customink.com/tv I saw on a tv commercial. They create custom hats, t-shirts, hoodies etc. online and send 'em to ya. Unfortunately for me I can't get the hat I designed sent to me unless I buy 12 (exactly the same) and at a pretty steep cost (25.44 apiece). But thought as a site/group we might be able to come up with an idea, or perhaps someone amongst us has a better idea as I would really like a personalized RZ product. Probably a hat for me as I need a t-shirt size that not many have available. Of course as long as we have Boss and/or Gik's blessing to print this stuff up.
