School's out. What did you expect?
I was able to pick up some three day passes at half price. Pretty good lineup for a first year festival and it is less than a two minute walk from my apartment. I wish it wasn't the same weekend as Forecastle but I'm thrilled to see a summer festival of this caliber in Cincinnati.
I hadn't heard of Forecastle, but the lineup looks great.
The Nelsonville Music Festival (over by Athens) in May looks great too.

The Reds are home all three dates during Bunbury - against the hideous Cardinals, no less. And all of that during the World Choir Games, which in itself is projected to bring tens of thousands of competitors and spectators. The riverfront and downtown are going to be absolutely SLAM-PACKED.

The Alison Krauss show was thoroughly enjoyable, even with a little tribute to Earl Scruggs. One of the best concerts I've been to in a while.
