Catching Fire was actually pretty good, but I think it could have been even better if it didn't have to cater to preteens...

I really liked Out of the Furnace, surprised to hear it's getting some mixed reviews.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

I have a good feeling about this one.
Arise and walk, come through. A world beyond that door is calling out for you. Arise and walk, come through. It's calling out for you.

The movie that dude made a few years ago on a $500,000 budget, Monsters, had better special effects than most Hollywood action flicks...

Going to at least one movie today. American Hustle. If I have time I'll see Anchorman 2 afterwards

I finally saw Man of Steel, and can I say that if the next movie is in the same vein, Ben Affleck is the least of our worries. Wow. We've gone from insipid (Singer's version) to bad. The whole thing hit a series of discordant notes.

Might as well have made Superman a Transformer.

I loved American Hustle. I really hope that Bale wins an Oscar for this one.

I think Bale, Amy Adams and Renner are shoe ins to get nominations.wouldnt surprise me if Lawrence gets nominated, and she was great, but her part was the least among them

I must admit to a guilty pleasure. Just got back from Anchorman 2. If you like films that are stupidly funny...this is for you. Good lord my cheeks hurt from smiling non-stop. Funny, funny, FUNNY movie. Completely idiotic.

I too just saw AM2. I agree it was funny. Also highly forgettable.
