Saw "Trance" last night. I expected a lot but was disappointed. I thought it was pretty clever for the first 30 minutes and less so every minute thereafter.

Either is fine by me, Years is what I had seen rumored. Those two movies are sooooo good.

New Evil Dead was pretty good... I can handle just about any horror movie but it had a couple parts that made even me look away.

I am convinced that 28 Days Later is the best scored movie in the history of cinema.

As for the movie itself.... it was also fantastic.

28 Months Later was solid, but not nearly as good in my opinion.

It was Hunger Games. Yep...Spur of the moment invite from a female friend of mine. Had never heard of the movie or book at the time. Thought it was OK. Like The Running Man for people too young to remember the The Running Man.

The Hunger Games was a great movie, wwZ was ok. If those are the only two movies you've seen in the last five years....sheesh

Roger Dean is suing James Cameron over Avatar. Hopefully the creators of Ferngully are next.

I saw Upstream Color the other day. Was a big fan of the movie Primer and wanted to see how Shane Carruth could back it up. I want to say it was good. I loved the music and the way it was filmed, but the story was complicated. Gonna have to see it again to figure it all out.

I agree. I saw it a couple months ago and still need to watch it again. I love Primer.

I've seen a couple more, but they were rentals I could stop and start at my leisure. My attention span makes it tough to sit through an entire 90+ minute movie. Had I not enjoyed the book so much I never would have seen WWZ either.
