I like Perez here. He had a great year for a young shortstop, and has as much upside as anybody left on the list. Perhaps he won't stick at the position, but that kind of bat at 2B is still very valuable if he can keep it up.

Re: Who is Redszone's #35 prospect?

In two seasons of professional ball, Drew Hayes has a 1.64 ERA. But I hadn't noticed this particular aspect of his improvement last year:

    In 2010 (Billings), he walked 16 batters in 22.1 IP (6.4 BB/9) with a 1.56 K/BB.
    In 2011 (Dayton), he walked 27 batters in 60 IP (4.0 BB/9) with a 3.30 K/BB.

He also struck out 13.4 batters per 9 IP last year, with a 0.933 WHIP.

To a large extent, he was pitching in the ninth inning.

I will take Josh Ravin here. Stuff wise, I don't see anyone left who can match him. He needs to improve his consistency in terms of his control, but since it is there sometimes and not at others, it's a mechanical issue that can be fixed.
